Hoengseong Dunnae Nonghyup Completion Ceremony

The 'Public Foreign Seasonal Worker Accommodation' for Dunnae Nonghyup in Hoengseong-gun, Gangwon-do, constructed by M4SYS—a leader in spatial innovation—has been successfully completed. A meaningful completion ceremony was held on the 23rd.

Completion Ceremony

This project, a collaboration between Hoengseong-gun and Gangwon Nonghyup, was built on a 3,547㎡ site with a total investment of 1.474 billion KRW. It consists of six buildings in total, including three accommodation blocks, a communal kitchen, a laundry room, and a management office, providing a stable and pleasant living environment for foreign workers.

The True Value of Modular Construction: High-Quality Accommodation Completed in Just 140 Days

We fully applied M4SYS's innovative modular construction method (DfMA) to this project. We once again proved our outstanding technical prowess by achieving a record-breaking construction period of just 140 days from groundbreaking to completion. This dramatically reduces the construction period by 30-50% compared to traditional wet construction methods.

Previously, foreign workers faced significant inconveniences, such as a lack of cooking and laundry facilities and poor insulation, while living in short-term rental facilities like nearby pensions or motels. M4SYS's modular accommodation completely resolves these issues, improving the workers' quality of life and contributing significantly to alleviating the chronic labor shortage in rural areas and ensuring stable farming operations.

M4SYS Growing with the Local Community: 'Asapum' Rice Donation

To commemorate this completion and emphasize mutual growth with the local community, M4SYS delivered a warm gesture by donating a large quantity of 'Asapum' rice—a representative local specialty of Hoengseong-gun—at the ceremony.

M4SYS will continue to provide innovative construction solutions while remaining a responsible company that grows with the local community and shares warmth."

- Junhee Kim, CEO of M4SYS

Building on this completion, which concluded amidst praise from many officials, M4SYS will continue to set new standards in the construction industry through high-efficiency, eco-friendly modular construction solutions.
